Care subscriptions entitle you to one (1) visit each month in our office for the subscription services selected for as long as you subscribe. In the case of the two (2) chiropractic visits per month subscription, you are entitled to two (2) visits per month each month in our office for as long as you subscribe. Care subscriptions have no refunds and you can cancel any time after the first twelve (12) months. You will be billed monthly starting on your initial subscription date. Don’t worry about missing a month – you can use it another month within your subscription period. Insurance coverage is not available with subscription care plans and subscription care plans cannot be combined with any other offer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions at any time. All subscription services must be redeemed during regular business hours.
